  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

Step 1: Make the Special Sauce

  1. Mix the Ingredients:

  • Stir until smooth and set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Ground Beef

  1. Season and Cook:
  • In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned and cooked through.

  1. Whisk the Egg Mixture:
  • In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  1. Dip and Cook:
  • Heat butter in a large skillet over

medium heat. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, coating both sides.

  1. Cook the French Toast:
  • Place the soaked bread slices into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 4: Assemble the Big Mac French Toast

  1. Layer the Ingredients:
  • Take one slice of French toast and spread a layer of the special sauce on top.
  • Add a layer of the cooked ground beef, followed by a slice of cheddar cheese.
  • Sprinkle with chopped lettuce, pickles, and onions (if using).
  1. Top It Off:
  • Spread a little more sauce on a second slice of French toast and place it on top of the filling, sandwich-style.
  1. Melt the Cheese:
  • If desired, return the assembled sandwich to the skillet for a minute to melt the cheese further.

Step 5: Serve and Enjoy

  • Cut the Big Mac French Toast in half and serve with extra special sauce on the side for dipping.
