Ingredients:
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 pound breakfast sausage (bulk or casings removed)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: diced bell peppers or onions for added flavor
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the Sausage:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked. If using, add bell peppers or onions and cook until softened. Drain excess fat.
- Prepare the Biscuit Base:
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and layer them in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Mix the Egg Mixture:
