Chocolate Protein Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) coconut oil (melted) or vegetable oil
  • 1 cup (120 grams) whole wheat flour (or all-purpose flour)
  • 1/2 cup (40 grams) chocolate protein powder
  • 1/3 cup (30 grams) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup (45 grams) chocolate chips (optional, for extra chocolatey goodness)
  • 1/4 cup (30 grams) chopped walnuts or almonds (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
