Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pound lump crab meat, drained and picked over
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  1. Cook the Spaghetti:
  • Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  1. Prepare the Sauce:
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
