Crockpot Beef Tips & Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup mushroom soup (cream of mushroom)
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

  1. Prep the Beef: In a crockpot, combine beef stew meat, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Season with thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix the Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together beef broth, mushroom soup, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour the mixture over the beef.
  3. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours until the beef is tender.
  4. Prepare the Noodles: About 30 minutes before serving, cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  5. Combine & Serve: Once the beef is done, stir in the cooked noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
