Crockpot Beef Tips & Noodles
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup mushroom soup (cream of mushroom)
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz egg noodles
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
- Prep the Beef: In a crockpot, combine beef stew meat, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Season with thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix the Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together beef broth, mushroom soup, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour the mixture over the beef.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours until the beef is tender.
- Prepare the Noodles: About 30 minutes before serving, cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Combine & Serve: Once the beef is done, stir in the cooked noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
