- 1 pound (450 g) ground beef or turkey
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 can (15 oz) corn (drained)
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (with juices)
- 2 cups beef or chicken broth
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (optional, for extra heat)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Brown the Meat:
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or turkey with the chopped onion and minced garlic. Drain any excess fat.
- Add to Crockpot:
- Transfer the cooked meat mixture to the crockpot. Add the black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, broth, taco seasoning, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cook:
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until everything is heated through and flavors meld.
