- 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick), melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup lemon-lime soda (such as Sprite or 7-Up)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Prepare the Peaches:
- If using canned peaches, drain them well. If using fresh peaches, peel and slice them.
- Prepare the Crescent Roll Dough:
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles.
- Wrap the Peaches:
- Place a few peach slices in the center of each crescent roll triangle.
- Roll up each triangle around the peaches, starting from the wide end and tucking the sides in to seal.
- Prepare the Baking Dish:
- Arrange the wrapped peach dumplings in the prepared baking dish.
- Make the Topping:
- In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
- Sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon mixture evenly over the dumplings.
- Add the Butter and Soda:
- Pour the melted butter evenly over the dumplings.
- Gently pour the lemon-lime soda around the edges of the baking dish (do not pour it directly over the dumplings).
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the dumplings are golden brown and the sauce is bubbly.
- Serve:
- Let the dumplings cool slightly before serving. They’re great on their own or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
