Gourmet Deli Squares

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb deli meats (such as turkey, ham, or salami, thinly sliced)
  • 1 lb cheese (such as Swiss, cheddar, or provolone, thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup diced red onion (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sliced pickles (optional)
  • 1 loaf of fresh baguette or ciabatta bread
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Bread:
  • Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise. If using a baguette, you can also slice it into smaller sections.
