Instructions:
- Prepare the Corn:
- If using fresh corn, cut the kernels off the cobs. You should have about 4 cups of corn kernels. If using frozen corn, thaw it according to package instructions.
- Sauté the Aromatics:
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
- Cook the Corn:
