Ingredients:

- ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Crust and Topping: In a medium bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press half of this mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Bake the Crust: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Prepare the Lemon Filling: While the crust is baking, whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, lemon juice, flour, and salt in a bowl until smooth.
- Add the Filling: Pour the lemon filling over the baked crust.
