Ingredients
- For the Spaghetti:
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 1 pound ground beef or Italian sausage
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). - Cook Spaghetti:
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. - Prepare Meat Sauce:
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef or sausage over medium heat. Drain excess fat. Add marinara sauce to the meat and simmer for a few minutes. - Mix Cheese Filling:
