Million Dollar Spaghetti is a delicious baked pasta dish that’s known for its creamy, cheesy layers and hearty meat sauce. It’s perfect for feeding a crowd or meal prepping for the week. Here’s a simple recipe to make it:

Ingredients

  • For the Spaghetti:
  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 1 pound ground beef or Italian sausage
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook Spaghetti:
    Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Prepare Meat Sauce:
    In a large skillet, brown the ground beef or sausage over medium heat. Drain excess fat. Add marinara sauce to the meat and simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Mix Cheese Filling:
    In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, sour cream, eggs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  5. Layer the Dish:
    In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spread a layer of the meat sauce. Then add half of the cooked spaghetti, followed by half of the cheese mixture. Repeat the layers, finishing with the remaining meat sauce on top.
  6. Add Cheese:
    Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top layer of sauce.
  7. Bake:
    Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Serve:
