Mississippi Mud Potatoes

Ingredients:
- 4 large russet potatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare the Potatoes:
- Dice the potatoes into bite-sized cubes. In a large bowl, toss them with melted butter, ranch seasoning mix, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well coated.
