- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 pound (450 g) potatoes (peeled and diced)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:
- Prepare the Meatballs:
- In a bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs, about 1 inch in size.
- Cook the Meatballs:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add a bit of oil and cook the meatballs until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- Cook the Potatoes:

- Add Cheese:
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top. Cover and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
- Serve:
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
