Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese, cubed

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
  • Optional: 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon for extra flavor

  • Tortilla chips
  • Sliced fresh jalapeños

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Chorizo:
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chorizo, breaking it up with a spoon, until fully cooked and browned. Remove excess fat if necessary. Transfer the chorizo to a plate and set aside.
