Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old or chilled)
  • 1 chicken breast (or 200g boneless chicken), diced
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 6–8 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 2 eggs, beaten (optional)
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, or bell peppers – optional)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

1. Prepare Ingredients

  • Make sure the rice is cold and separated to avoid clumping.
  • Dice the chicken into small, bite-sized pieces.

2. Cook the Chicken

  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
