Ingredients:

  • 1 pound (450 g) ground meat (beef, pork, or turkey)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pound (450 g) potatoes (peeled and diced)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Meatballs:
  • In a bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs, about 1 inch in size.
  1. Cook the Meatballs:
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add a bit of oil and cook the meatballs until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
